Karlin Decker
Founder and CEO
Karlin Decker founded Medical Disparities in March 2021. She plans on becoming a pediatrician in the future. She founded this organization because she grew up in a rural town that faces many health disparities. Because of her roots, Karlin is a huge advocate for health equality.
Krrisha Patel
Pediatrics Committee Leader
Krrisha is currently a tenth grader who wants to become a neurologist. Krrisha's hobbies and interests involve researching, reading nonfiction novels, playing tennis, swimming, and learning all fields of science
Oliwia Lidwin
Health Disparities Committee Leader
Oliwia is an eleventh grader who wants to become a pharamicist. She likes rollerblading, roller skating and listening to music. She also likes chemistry and learning new things!
